This is how you can order:

Before you can place an order, we need to know who you are.

You register by registering in person with our sales department, or by filling in the contact form on the website. You must register first at all times.

 

Website:

​

• Placing an order on the website is done in the following steps.

• You log in to the site

• Select your products

• Click on send.

• After that, the order arrives with us and is processed.

• Delivery is by appointment.

 

By phone:

​

• When ordering by telephone, the product code is leading (you can find   

  this on the website or in the assortment book)

• Your order will be taken and processed.

• Delivery is by appointment.

 

In person:

​

• You will be visited by the sales department.

• He / she will record the order with you

• The order is being processed.

• Delivery is by appointment.

Payment and Shipping

 

System condition:

Deliveries are free at home with a value of € 200 ex BTW. Deliveries less than € 200 will be charged with delivery costs of € 20

 

For specific quantities and deliveries, separate agreements are made with written confirmation.

 

Payments:

​

• Cash: only with delivery own transport

• With proforma.

• Payment term is 14 days with a positive credit result (check with credit

 safe).

• The management of Air-Mai can always make different decisions without

 giving reasons.
